The E-shop allows you to order and pay directly, or reserve your order and pick it up in-store, paying simply on-site.

Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via Swiss Post Economy with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via Swiss Post Registered mail and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot merge two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
