Prices
Prices in this catalog are listed in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT, and guaranteed. Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the delivery date of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, provided this unavailability is not attributable to our company. In the event a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment Terms
Payment methods: Payrexx payment. Delivery and shipping: Available items are shipped by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. A one-time contribution is requested per order.

Payment: By TWINT, credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or Postcard, bank transfer, or, in the case of an invoice purchase, via payment slip within 30 days. Payment in-store is also possible.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices / Conditions: Our prices are net, in Swiss francs, including VAT, subject to any price changes. Additional costs such as administrative fees, bank charges, shipping costs, etc. appear as a separate line item on the invoice. Items in the cart are not reserved and will be automatically removed if sold out.

Cart: The color of products labeled "assorted" may differ from the color shown in the online shop.

Invoice purchase: Purchasing on invoice is only available to companies and associations with a Swiss address. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. After this period, the customer is considered in default of payment without further notice, and VERTICAL PASSION SA is entitled to charge late-payment interest under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, up to a maximum of CHF 20.00 per reminder. Invoice purchase is only possible from the second order onward, and only if the cumulative order amount exceeds CHF 500.

Special orders: For items not available in our assortment (models, colors, sizes), we charge the price recommended by the supplier. For orders under CHF 100.00, we charge a small-order surcharge of CHF 15.00.

Net-priced items: Items with net prices, such as skis, bindings, electronic devices, books, maps, gift cards, and services/repairs, are excluded from discounts.

Exchange / Return: An exchange or return is possible within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in perfect, unused condition, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. Please include the invoice or receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver parcels to PO boxes and do not deliver goods to minors or persons under guardianship, except with written authorization from parents or a legal guardian. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be sent back intact and complete in its original packaging (with tags showing item references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, shipping costs for your new order are covered by us.

Legal Warranty
Check the condition of delivered goods promptly in order to identify any obvious material or manufacturing defects, as well as any transport damage. By law, you are required to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods so that we can address it.

Data protection: All personal data will be treated as confidential. Information necessary for order processing will be handled electronically and may be shared with associated companies as part of order management.

Applicable law and jurisdiction: Swiss law applies, and any dispute will be handled by the competent district court.

Quality Guarantee
VERTICAL PASSION guarantees new material and high-quality finishing. We generally provide a two-year warranty on all products. Should an unacceptable defect occur during the warranty period despite normal and proper use, we will offer a replacement or repair.

Repair Service
We offer our customers a complete maintenance and repair service. Only clean items will be accepted.

Rental Equipment
Use of rental equipment is at the customer's own responsibility and risk. VERTICAL PASSION SA, its partners, and manufacturers disclaim all liability for any damage to the user, third parties, or property. In the event of loss or theft of rented items, the customer is liable for the resulting damages. The rental terms and conditions apply.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online. The amount of the gift card can be freely chosen. If the value of your gift card is not sufficient to cover your purchase, the balance can be settled with another payment method. You may use one or more gift cards and pay the remainder in cash or by credit card. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The remaining balance on your gift card can be requested at the store checkout. Remaining balances can be used until the end of the fifth year after the purchase of the gift card. Remaining balances cannot be refunded in cash or credited to a credit card.

Data protection: We guarantee confidential handling of all our customers' data. Transmission of this data to third parties is excluded. By purchasing or placing an order, VERTICAL PASSION SA's general terms and conditions of sale are considered accepted.

Amendment of terms: VERTICAL PASSION SA reserves the right to modify or adapt these terms and conditions at any time.
